Intending to paralyze a political, economic and social destructive system without having an offering to replace it will be a broadside.
Our proposals are supported in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, whose precepts are, as we consider it , universal and give a replacement to the sovereignty, the dignity and the welfare of all the people, that have the same needs in spite of its differences.
